Appraisals and Insurance

SC has partnered with IJN Systems to provide a simple method to manage and create appraisal documents for your customers, with centralized storage and easy access by store personnel or your outside appraiser. With a real-time update to this web-based system, customers have the ability to insure their jewelry before they leave the store.

For those customers who request a detailed document that they can send to their insurance company for the valuation of the purchase, the system manages outstanding requests and automatically email the completed document to your customer.

Appraisals

Customer Service
During the sales transaction, the system will prompt the salesperson to ask the customer if they want a letter of value for their purchase. Manage outstanding requests and complete any missing data from anywhere – the software is web based.
